Shining example A new gold mine in central Tanzania has started commercial production. After construction first got underway in 2020, Singida gold mine achieved its first gold pour at the end of March 2023. According to Mining Weekly, before the pour, the mine achieved more than 95% of the 1000 ton-a-day output on 30 consecutive days.
